Rate:
$260.00 per night plus tax, refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at check-in.
Additional inroom pet rate: Up to 4 days $70.00 per pet, 5 or more nights $100.00

Camping at Orangeville Fairgrounds

RV sites with Hydro/Water located on the West Fields – package $200.00 Cdn for up to 4 nights stay (July 29 – Aug 2) extra nights for July 28 and/or Aug 3 can be purchased.

Dry Camp sites in the South Field – package $100.00 Cdn for up to 4 nights (July 29 – Aug 2).

Lots of sites are available. The exact location of your site will be confirmed by us at the end of June with you.

Vendors camping will be located in the North End of the Central Field where vendor booths are located.

Book by email: manager@oaseventcentre.ca and copy info@gssccnational2026.ca Provide: group GSSCC, your name, dates booked and type of camping RV or dry. Payment will be invoiced at a later date.

A few rules:

Alcohol consumption is prohibited on the grounds in any area of the facility. Exception is Exhibition Hall A during bartender hours and the Oak Room for the judge’s dinner.
No campfires
No outdoor music
No groups of > 6 people on your site after 11:00 pm
Dogs must be leashed and all owners are responsible to clean up after their pets.
Gates to the fairground will be locked daily from Midnight until 6:00 am.
